Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or process your return due to what was purchased… a cute soft and cuddly plush.

Rest assured, all plushes are hand inspected and video recorded during packaging in order for you to get the highest quality and undamaged plush we can provide.

If your plush is damaged during transit, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
